As the football world prepares for the latest installment of El Clasico, we want to see how well you really know this monumental feature.
With Lionel Messi injured and Cristiano Ronaldo now playing his football with Juventus in Italy, it has been almost 11 years since this fixture did not feature one of the Argentine or the Portuguese.
Still a Manchester United player in December 2007, Ronaldo's absence was straight-forward enough. Messi, rather like today's fixture, was forced to sit out the game through injury.
So, with Frank Rijkaard seeing out what would be his final season in charge of Barcelona, and Bernd Schuster occupying the opposite dugout, we want you to name the two teams that started an El Clasico that ended 1-0 in Real's favour.
This one might take a little bit of deep recall, so you'll have seven minutes to figure it out. If it helps at all, only one of those players starting that day remains at the club to this day.
