The over 35s game turned ugly and was abandoned with 15 minutes to go.

The Spanish team had had two players sent off and the referee was reported to be struggling to keep control.

Games' organisers said it was called off because of "continued inappropriate behaviour" by the Marbella team.

According to The Belfast Telegraph the game was abandoned in the 75th minute with the Spaniards leading.
