There is a healthy representation of Premier League talent in UEFA's nominations for team of the year.
Liverpool are the most represented team with Alisson Becker, Virgil Van Dijk, James Milner and the front three of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah all receiving nominations.
Other PL stars in the mix include Hugo Lloris, John Stones, Kevin De Bruyne, Eden Hazard, N'Golo Kante Paul Pogba, David Silva and Harry Kane.
La Liga fared the best out of all the leagues with 24 players receiving nominations to be in the starting eleven.
