A slightly convoluted quiz for you today. We'll try to explain as best we can.
Since football was invented the arrival of the Premier League in 1992/93, there are 32 teams, and 33 from next season (HINT!), who have played both in lofty heights of the Premier League and in the sunken swamp that is the lower tiers of English football, specifically the third tier, what is now known as League One. Plenty have even gone a step further but we haven't differentiated here.
Some of these teams have started small and made their way to the top, some are big clubs who fell momentarily, some are fallen giants, and some were Cinderella stories for whom midnight is well and truly passed.
We have given you ten minutes to name all 33 teams, but we know there's a few who will stump you so we're happy to accept 30 as a very decent score.
Important note: The clubs have to have played in the third tier or below in this time frame. If Manchester United got relegated to Division 3 in 1936, this doesn't count.
