The Premier League games on Sky Sports for the season ahead have been announced today. In spite of the inflation in the value of the TV rights and the splintering of games across multiple platforms - including Amazon - Sky remain the anchor broadcaster of the competition. They have retained the majority of games, and have today announced the games they will show live from the opening few months of the season.
Sky are showing 24 live games between August 10th and October 1st, which will encompass all 20 teams in the division.
The opening game of the season is on a Friday night, with Man United facing Leicester at Old Trafford. Unai Emery's first game in charge of Arsenal - at home to Man City - is also live on Sunday.
Here's the full schedule.
