Poland Have Been Dealt Some Injury Blows Ahead Of Sunday Night's Game With Ireland

Three of the players who started Poland's 1-1 draw with Ireland in March have been ruled out of Sunday's game in Warsaw.

Arkadiusz Milik, Maciej Rybus and Tomasz Jodlowiec all picked up injuries in their side's 2-2 draw with Scotland on Thursday.

Milik and Rybus both started Thursday's game, while Jodlowiec came on as a sub for Milik.

You'll probably remember Milik as the recipient of that no-nonsense tackle from James McClean in the game at the Aviva. A moment which really lifted the crowd on that Sunday evening.

A win or a 2-2 draw or greater on Sunday would give Ireland automatic qualification. A win or 0-0/1-1 draw for Poland would put them through and Ireland into the playoffs.
