Jack Wilshere's public perception has gone from England's great hope to underachiever over the last 12 months and he's kicked himself in the foot again after he was photographed smoking – for a second time in the last year – while on holiday in Las Vegas.
While the odd cigarette will have little or no effect on the midfielder's ability to perform on the pitch, I'm sure Arsene Wenger won't be too happy about the negative publicity Wilshere has brought on himself again.
Does everyone overreact to these kind of things or should footballers be held to a higher standard?
