Paul Pogba says he is "not satisfied" with the past five years of his career, all of which have been spent at Manchester United. The midfielder is also not content with his role at Old Trafford.
The 29-year-old said this season is "dead". Manchester United have been eliminated from all competitions. Though, they are still fighting for a top four spot in the Premier League.
"You have to be honest, the last five seasons have not satisfied me – really not at all," Pogba told French newspaper Le Figaro.
"This year it is dead, we won’t win anything. Whether it is with Manchester United or at another club, I want to win trophies."
So happy to be back with the national team. The last few days obviously haven’t been easy after the burglary at my home and the Champions League exit, so it feels great to be reunited with my @equipedefrance family and concentrate on doing what I love again. Pogba is currently on international duty with France. They play friendly games against Ivory Coast on Friday, and South Africa on Tuesday.
Pogba: 'At Manchester United do I really have a role?'
"It’s simple with France, I play and I play in my position – I know my role and I feel the confidence of the coach and the players," Pogba said.
"It’s normal to feel a difference at Manchester United because it’s hard to be consistent when you often have a change to your position, or the team system, or your partners.
"I get along very well with [France boss Didier Deschamps], he gave me a role that I know, but at Manchester United do I really have a role? I ask the question but I don’t have an answer."
