One Direction star Louis Tomlinson is expected to become co-chairman of Doncaster Rovers .
It is understood that the 22 year old will finalise a deal with former club chief John Ryan, that will make them co-owners of the Northern club in Leeds on Thursday.

Similar to his role in One Direction, Tomlinson will be a 'silent partner', with Ryan effectively running the club on the singers behalf. Tomlinson actually lined out as a substitute for the club's development squad in a game against Rotherham United back in February, an appearance that attracted quite a lot of attention, for some reason.
