Ireland U19 international Noe Baba has joined Birmingham City.
Baba joined Fulham from Castlebar Celtic in January of 2013 but was released by the London club earlier this summer.
In a statement, Birmingham said that they signed the defender "following a successful trial to bolster the development squad".
The 19-year-old described the move as a 'good opportunity'.
I've been training here for the last month and it's been very good.
I'm very pleased and I think it's a very good opportunity for me.
I just want to kick on and start again with something I love doing.
Both Man Utd and Celtic were rumoured to be interested in the Cameroon-born player before he signed for Fulham.
