There are rare occasions when a sponsor on a jersey just works, but most of the time, the sexiest football jerseys around are those that choose to bypass the financial benefits of plastering your club's sponsor on the front and instead go for a more subtle approach.
Granted, the new Porto home jersey isn't sponsorless, as SUPER BOCK is printed on the back, but you get the idea. This one is a beaut, and another encouraging effort from New Balance who have taken over from Warrior and clearly have a bit of cop-on when it comes to making a shirt look well.
Very, very nice.
It must be difficult to pick players to star in a photoshoot for the new Porto jersey, because almost all of their players are constantly being linked with a move away from the club.
