A new Ireland football jersey will be unveiled in August, with Umbro's 23-year reign as the national football team's kit supplier coming to an end.
The Irish Independent have reported that New Balance will take over jersey duty from this Autumn onwards, beginning with Ireland's away qualifier with Georgia in Tbilisi this September.
New Balance currently sponsor both Liverpool and Celtic, which presumably means they'll have a wardrobe monopoly over large corners of this country by the end of 2017.
As per the Indo, Umbro's Ireland sponsorship was the third-longest of any European country, only surpassed by Germany's deal with Adidas and the partnership between the Netherlands and Nike. They took over from Adidas following the 1994 World Cup in America.
After almost a quarter of a century, it'll be 'New Balance, new us' (beg your pardon) come August, when the new Ireland football jersey will reportedly be revealed.
Umbro's latest Ireland efforts - for both home and away shirts - were some of their nicest in years, but after such a long period, is it time for change? Be sure to let us know your thoughts and, if you fancy it, send a few concept kits our way in the comments section on Facebook.
