Could you see him in the Old Trafford dugout? With yet another lacklustre attacking display in today's Manchester derby, there will be further questions raised about Jose Mourinho's style of management. His style of play has consistently received huge amounts of criticism, and that is sure to continue after today's display.
Nemanja Vidic was in the beIN studio after the game, when the conversation turned to United's lack of attacking flair. He refused to criticise Mourinho, in fear that in doing so he would jeopardise his own chances of becoming Manchester United manager in the future. That's some long-term thinking.
"To be honest, I would like to be the manager!"

To be honest, in the future I would like to be the manager. I would like to think that I know these things. For me to criticise Jose Mourinho, as someone who maybe in the future could become the manager, it's not fair.
As a manager, he has won a lot of trophies. Is it the Manchester we used to watch? It's not, it's Mourinho's Manchester, and Mourinho is the type of manager that plays this type of football.
Vidic was a key player for United under Alex Ferguson, winning 15 trophies during a glittering eight-year spell at the club. He was known for his leadership on the pitch, and would seem like the type of character suited to management.
The Serbian has completed his UEFA A and B coaching licences, but has yet to take the step into a coaching role. He will defitinley need to build his CV to have a chance at landing a job at his former team.
However with the dire football currently seen at Old Trafford, many United fans would probably take him over Mourinho at this stage. Give it Nemanja 'til the end of the season.
