Neil Lennon has experienced a pretty decent start in Cypriot football since his move to Omonia Nicosia back in March.
Not only would he lead them to a seventh-placed finish in the league (the best that was available at the time of his appointment due to the division's split season format), but he would also win the Cypriot Cup thanks to penalty shootout win over Ethnikos Achna.
That victory was enough to ensure Omonia would qualify for the Europa League, with Lennon guiding them through the qualifiers and into the group stages. They would then be drawn in the same group as Manchester United.
However, he has found life a lot more difficult this season after that initial European run.
Omonia have lost two of their first three league fixtures, as well as a 3-0 defeat at home to Moldovan club Sheriff Tiraspol in their Europa League opener.
Neil Lennon snaps at journalist after Omonia loss
Omonia suffered their latest loss of the campaign last night, falling to a 2-1 defeat away at Cypriot champions Apollon Limassol. The visitors had taken the lead early in the game only to concede two goals in the final half hour.
It led to a question from a journalist during his post-match press conference about whether his team lacked character, something Neil Lennon certainly didn't respond kindly to.

Don't you criticise my players. You don't have the right to do that.
Are you a journalist or are you a supporter?
That is your opinion. You are entitled to it but don't ask me about the character of my players. Ever.
These players give me everything. They've had a bad night tonight but don't you sit there and criticise them for lacking character. That is one thing they don't.
They didn't play well tonight. I will deal with it as best I can. But I am not having people like you questioning their backbone.
Who do you think you are?
You get the feeling that particular journalist won't receive the warmest of welcomes from Neil Lennon next time he sees him.
Things are unlikely to get much easier for Omonia in the coming weeks, especially in Europe. They are set to feature home and away in fixtures against Manchester United and Real Sociedad, quite a daunting prospect when you consider their recent downturn in form.
It will be interesting to see how the former Celtic boss copes during that period.
