Celtic got their league season underway in typical fashion this evening, securing a 5-1 win at home to Hamilton.
It is set to be a big campaign for Neil Lennon's side, who are on a quest to become the first side in Scottish football history to win ten league titles in-a-row. Every performance in the coming months will be scrutinised as a result.
They had no issues today, with a hat-trick from Odsonne Edouard leading them to the victory. It was a real poacher's performance from the Frenchman, showing brilliant instincts in the penalty area to tuck away the chances.
"It didn't take him long..." ⚽️

Edouard has been linked with a move away from Glasgow in the coming weeks, with former manager Brendan Rodgers said to be interested in bringing him to Leicester.
Speaking after the game, Neil Lennon was quick to hail the 'special' striker.

He's a special talent. He has started the season brilliantly. He has got so much to his game, but what has pleased me over the last 12 to 15 months is the amount of goals that he is scoring.
He scores all different types of goals. The first goal is a real striker's goal and I love those ones. In fact the first two were well worked with really good finishes.
I liked all the goals today. The strikers got in amongst in and Klimala came on and got his goal as well. We've got to be absolutely delighted with that today because you don't know how they're going to react.
Celtic will certainly be hoping they can keep hold of him for the quest for the ten-in-a-row.
