Many said that the surprising slump of some of the Premier League's big boys couldn't last forever, and so it has proved. Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd and Spurs have slowly but surely dragged themselves out of mid obscurity to once again put themselves in a position to challenge for the Champions League places.

None have been impeccable but the results that may have ended in a draw earlier in the season are now turning into wins for those sides and that trend is none more obvious than with Spurs. Their consistency over the past couple of months has been remarkable.

When we say consistency, we mean consistency when they've been winning. There has been plenty of dropped points but as you can see, when they win, they tend to win one way.

Christian Eriksen was once again the hero with a late goal against Sunderland today to get Spurs back to winning ways in the only way they know how. However, football conspiracy theorists should have plenty to say about this decision to call Jan Vertonghen up for offside as he went through to give Tottenham what should have been a 3-1 win. That's the Belgian receiving a pass inside his own half and going through to score in an empty net. Alas, it was disallowed and the 2-1 record goes on.

So with all that in mind we've checked the odds and you can get 17/2 on a 2-1 away to West Brom in two weeks time.
