Every boy dreams of being a professional footballer, and claiming prestigious awards such as the Ballon D'Or, the European Golden Shoe, or the PFA Player Of The Year.
Southampton's Nathaniel Clyne has today picked up an award that he wouldn't have dreamt of as a child, simply because it didn't exist, and it shouldn't exist, because it's absolutely ridiculous.
That's right, Nathaniel Clyne is the recipient of the EA Sports Half-Time award for biggest fantasy football price increase at the half-way stage of the season.
Here he is, holding back the tears of joy as he accepts his award:

In fairness, Clyne and his mate Ryan Bertrand have been absolute gems in this fantasy season, and these half-way point awards are harmless, but we couldn't resist the urge to point out how hilariously trivial they are.
