The Argentinian lower division clash between Deportivo Roca and Cipolletti was understandably abandoned after the referee sent of 12 players for their part in a mass brawl that included both team' benches and fans.
It all stemmed from a tackle by Cipolletti defender Marcos Lamolla. The referee, quite rightly, started dishing out further cards to players who persisted in hounding him about the decision, including a second yellow for Lamolla. It was the Cipolletti defender who then ran the length of the pitch and sparked a mass brawl.
