Millwall Fans Showed How Much They Despise James McClean Tonight

Millwall once boasted a player (the only one playing in England at the time) who wore a black armband the week after Bloody Sunday. We wont name him here but let just say he's a good friend of Gilesy and Bill O'Herlihy.

However, it is touch and go whether the Millwall crowd, with their supposedly energetic right-wing element, would stand for that sort of stuff now. They beat Wigan 2-0 in the Championship and succeeded in giving James McClean an almighty barracking all night.

The booing ramped up when McClean had a starring role in a twenty man brawl - most accounts indicate that he was prominent in 'starting it'.
