Michael Owen is not exactly the most universally loved footballer out there. His stint as a commentator for BT Sport regularly results in the kind of social media reaction that would leave lesser mortals afraid to come out of their house at times.
However, Owen is obviously a glutton for punishment because he's accepted the kind of challenge that was always going to leave him open to a lot of criticism. Liverpool fans in particular hold a lot of resentment over the fact that, not only did he leave the club for well below his true value, but he eventually ended up at Man United.
So, when Owen was asked to name a combined Man United - Liverpool XI ahead of this weekend's big clash he was never going to come out of it without upsetting a few people. And he duly played his part perfectly naming only three Liverpool in his team.
Darmian or Clyne? Mata or Coutinho?
