Great stuff from Micah Richards - though we don't usually condone the slagging of children - this little guy was definitely looking for it.
Honoured to have played with Craig Bellamy from his time at city. Great pro in training and class player! Good luck in the next chapter. ????

Richards could have been forgiven for reacting poorly to the jibe: The last time the right-back played a Premier League game was back in November - a pretty shocking stat - especially when you consider that the last time he featured in any capacity for City was back in March during the FA Cup loss to Wigan.
The sad thing about it all is that despite not being the most cultured of full-backs, Richards is a highly functional player - he's solid in the tackle, and possesses a good positional sense.
Sky Sports News have reported that he will leave The Etihad this summer; bringing to an end his 13 year association with the club. Fellow departees include Scott Sinclair and Jack Rodwell, who accompany Jolean Lescott and Gareth Barry - who are out of contract.
UEFA's Champions League squad restriction includes a stipulation that between four and eight players named are 'homegrown', meaning they have to be English or have spent at least three years in an English academy.
Richards, Sinclair and Rodwell bring the number to 5 English players leaving the Etihad this summer, despite restrictions placed upon them by UEFA's Financial Fair Play rules.
