The Irish injury curse is continuing.
Alan Judge, who made his Irish debut against Switzerland a fortnight ago and whose good form for Brentford has seen him catapult into contention had to be stretchered off with a suspected broken leg following a bad challenge in today's game with Ipswich Town:
Oh, that doesn't look good. Hyam with a firm challenge on Judge. Could be a nasty leg break for #brentfordfc's star man. Hyam booked. (3)

Four minutes of on-field treatment and counting for Judge. A bad leg break needs a brace before can even get on stretcher.

The stretcher on to take Alan Judge off. Fingers crossed it's not as bad as it looks. pic.twitter.com/cRYWflCuxD

Poor Alan Judge. Euro dreams in tatters it looks like. Arguably Champo player of the season - just look at his stats https://t.co/EBp1okovlj

Alan Judge stretchered off with bad injury for Brentford at Ipswich. Not just Euros at stake; expected to make Premier League move in summer

Judge is the third Irish international to be stretchered off in a couple of weeks, following bad injuries endured by Kevin Doyle and Rob Elliot.
He has been in fantastic form for Brentford all season, scoring 14 goals in 35 appearances. FourFourTwo magazine recently rated Judge as the third best player in the Football League:
FourFourTwo's top five players in the Football League: 5) Jordan Rhodes 4) Ross McCormack 3) Alan Judge 2) Abel Hernandez 1) Andre Gray

We desperately hope it's not as bad as it looks.
More to follow.
