One day, Martin O'Neill might make a joke without clarifying, despite everyone knowing in the first place anyway, that it was actually a joke.
O'Neill was the first interviewee on Saturday night's RTÉ Sports Awards and took the opportunity to have a 'slight dig' at the RTÉ panel and their pessimism regarding Ireland's prospects of qualifying for Euro 2016 following the 1-1 draw with Scotland in June.
If I was listening at all to your punidtry team, there would have been little chance of us fighting back. But thankfully, I didn't listen to them.
Particularly a couple who should be possibly be looking for other job themselves now; because they get it wrong so often.
