Marouane Fellaini has been one of the whipping boys for Manchester United's season. Fair or unfair, snippets of play like this don't help him. Ron Atkinson once observed of Carlton Palmer that "he can trap a ball further than I can kick it." The ball may not have been booted at Fellaini here but he exhibited some Palmerian close control on this run. At least he found touch.
