After six years with Ipswich town, two of which were as a player, Mark Kennedy is moving on from Portman Road.
The 40-year-old, who won 34 caps for Ireland, is moving to Man City where he will take up a role as the team's U15s coach.
Kennedy joined Ipswich in 2010 and would retire from playing two years later becoming coach of their U21 team. It was a position in which he would continue once Mick McCarthy became manager in late 2012.

McCarthy told the Ipswich Town website that he was sad to see Kennedy leave the club.
We are disappointed to see Sparky go but we wish him all the best for the future.
It won't be Kennedy's first time as an employee of Man City. He spent two years of his playing career there between 1999 and 2001.
