Balls.ie's 3rd favourite Mario (after Mario Ballotelli and Super Mario) Mario Gotze was a naughty boy today at his official Bayern Munich unveiling. He chose to wear the most Nike, Nike t-shirt he had upsetting one of Bayern's main sponsors German sportswear uber-giant Adidas. The offending shirts Nike logo dwarfed the tiny Adidas logo on the new Bayern shirt a beaming Gotze held up with a none too impressed Mathais Sammer.
Bayern were forced to apologize to Adidas over the pictures as it breached contractual requirements between the two.
However quick thinking Sammer had a plan. "Right a bit Mario, up a bit that's perfect" to get this photo which was on the Official Bayern website in which the Red Baron is looking far happier.
This is allegedly not the first time Gotze has been photographed wearing something inappropriate but I can't seem to find any of those pictures anywhere on this site... strange that.
