Mario Götze is a FIFA rage sympathiser. Either that, or once you score the winning goal in a World Cup Final literally nothing can bother you, not even eejits who blame a virtual representation of you for them being crap at a video game.
Today Mario Götze is getting a lot of #respect on social media after he came to the aid of an insane person who posted their FIFA woes to Bayern Munich's official Facebook page.
The young chancer, also named Mario, posted a picture of his smashed FIFA controller to the German superclub's page demanding money to buy a new controller after he claimed Mario Götze missed a 90th min penalty that cost him a match.
Sure we've all been there.
He probably didn't expect Mario Götze to share the photo on his own verified Facebook page and offer to send him a package as compensation.. But that's exactly what happened:
Translation:
Hello Mario,
To miss a penalty in the 90th minute is a bitter moment. That makes you very frustrated and I can understand that. What happened to Thomas Muller?
Do not simply throw your gamepad in the corner—that cannot do! I’ll order a small package (a small surprise) for you. Next time, I’ll do it for real. I promise!
All the best, Mario!
Sensational.
Although I will now be in touch with Noel Hunt's people for a series of shocking penalties in Football Manager 2011 that cost my Wycombe Wanderers side promotion to the Premier League.
