José Mourinho has practically won it all when it comes to club football but if the Portuguese has any detractors, odds are that it is something to do with his reluctance to integrate youth into his senior teams.
Marcus Rashford bagged the winner for Manchester United today in stoppage time away to Hull City in what was his first appearance for Mourinho this season and, incredibly, became the first ever teenager to score a Premier League goal under him.

An absolutely incredibly statistic but, given how incredible Rashford has looked since his promotion to the fringes of the starting eleven, you would think that it won't be long before he hits the back of the net once again.
