One of the low/highlights of last year's Premier League depending on where your loyalties lie, Manchester United suffered a 2-1 defeat to their city rivals that all but wrapped up the title for Manchester City.
Although a fight back wasn't looking particularly likely irrespective of how that match played out in Old Trafford, in establishing an 11-point lead at the top of the Premier League in mid-December, even Jose Mourinho had to concede that any hopes of catching City were "probably over."
Aware of the importance this win had to their hopes of sealing the league title, City's players and staff were determined to enjoy themselves - much to the chagrin of Jose Mourinho, who was left disgusted by City's "lack of respect."
In an effort to combat such a situation unraveling again, Manchester United have been busy making some changes to the layout of things behind the scenes in Old Trafford.
According to The Telegraph; "The changes to the home dressing room, which was refurbished over the summer, has included a new entrance for the away team which takes them from the main tunnel directly into their changing room."
This is a distinct change to the previous situation where a both teams had to enter respective changing-rooms through a narrow corridor; the same corridor where last season's row broke out, and the famous 'Pizza Gate' incident of 2004 took place.
Furthermore, it would appear that the designers hired by Manchester United have decided to make another key change to the facilities available to the away team - it's half the size; "The opposition dressing room was cut in size over the summer in order to create the new access for the away side which means that both teams do not go down the same smaller corridor."
Perhaps something of an effort to irritate travelling teams, it wouldn't appear to have had the desired effect for last night's home defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.
