Report: Tinder Want To Pay Man United A Fortune To Stamp Their Logo On The Club's Sleeves

United have never been afraid to put themselves out there, and have never been monogamous when it comes to signing sponsorship deals (Aon are their shirt sponsor, but they also have an official outdoor apparel partner among myriad others) and now they are reportedly on the verge of another. Ed Woodward is on the verge of making a made a match with Tinder, who are reportedly interested in swiping right on United (sorry) and wish to come on board to slap their logo on the Manchester United left sleeve. So much so, they are willing to pay £12 million a year for the privilege.

We're not privy as to how the talks came about - presumably, Woodward prepared some kind of portfolio featuring pictures of him graduating from college, posing with tigers and possibly in Halloween fancy dress to add a bit of bespoke whimsy - but presumably the commercial opportunities on the arms of heartthrobs like Marouane Fellaini  and Phil Jones proved too tantalising a prospect to turn down to Tinder.

Premier League clubs have removed one of the league logos from their sleeves from next season, as a kind of 'Your Online Dating Service Here' advertorial.

As a result, a number of English clubs have signed up for the shirt sleeve sponsorship deal, with Man City signing with Nexen Tire, while Chelsea have struck a deal with Alliance Tyres.
