Universal Pictures have confirmed the release of a feature length documentary film focusing on Alex Ferguson's youth movement in Man Utd during the early 1990s.
"The Class of '92" will document the career rises of Man Utd legends David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt culminating at the 1999 Champions League Final.
Beckham, Giggs, Butt and Gary Neville won the FA Youth Cup in 1992 while Scholes and Phil Neville were a part of 1993's cup final team.
The group is part of a number of players who rose through the ranks of the Man Utd youth system to feature prominently for the senior team but what happened to the rest of 'Fergie's Fledglings'?
Somehow we don't think a documentary about Chris Casper, Terry Cooke, Pat McGibbon, John O'Kane, Ben Thornley and Graeme Tomlinson will command much of a market.
