Manchester United has a rich European history by any club's standards, competing in 6 finals various competitions in the last 40 or so years. Tonight, they play in their 7th, and their first in the Europa League/UEFA Cup.
They have been successful in three - the 1968 European Cup, the 1991 Cup-Winners Cup, the 1999 Champions League and the 2008 Champions League. They have lost the last two however, to Barcelona in 2009 and 2011.
Tonight, it's so far so good in the Europa League final, but either way, there's a new member of the very select club of Manchester United captains in European finals. Seven different men have captained the teams in each of the seven finals.
Your task is simple, can you name each captain? You have four minutes to rack your brain and envisage which player did or did not get presented with the trophy on the day.
All well-known footballing names, but still a very tricky quiz, only the most dedicated of United fans will get all of these straight off the bat.
