Spare a thought for Argentinian manager Mauricio Pellegrino this morning. The Estudiantes coach somehow managed to dislocate his shoulder while shouting instructions from the sidelines.
It happens to him all the time apparently and he just went to the physio to get it popped back into place. But it reminded us of this clip from Winning Streak:
