Often when players join a new club, they cite the experience and vision of the manager a major reason in joining.
You would think that someone of the pedigree and standing in football as Louis Van Gaal would be a big enough reason for someone to join his team, but apparently not.
The Guardian are reporting that long-term United target Pedro is having second thoughts about joining the club from Barcelona.
Pedro is a friend of out-of-favour Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes, and Pedro is apparently reconsidering whether he wants to join United because of how Van Gaal treated the former Barcelona keeper.
Pedro is also thought to be looking at the treatment of Real Madrid target David De Gea, and is now unsure about working under Van Gaal.
Pedro does have options after reports that both Chelsea and Manchester City want to steal in for the winger. He did play a part in Barcelona's Uefa Super Cup victory last week, and started in the Spanish Super Cup defeat to Athletic Bilbao last night.
