There are fans and then there are fanatics. Mauricio Dos Anjos is a fanatic. The Brazilian Flamengo supporter has demonstrated his fanaticism by tattooing a life-size Flamengo jersey to his torso, covering 40% of his body in the process. The 33-year-old told Vice that "having the sacred mantle on my body is a dream come true."
It took Dos Anjos 32 sessions and over 90 hours to complete the tattoo, which covers his entire torso and back, from the waist to the neck, including his shoulders and arms.

Dos Anjos was initially not going to do his whole body due to costs but his tattoo artist agreed he would do the entire tattoo at a significant discount due to the exposure he would gain.
