A bit of class from Lucas Moura in the PSG-Marseille 'Classique' last night.
Dare I suggest that the way the received the ball and set off on his run was similar to Maradona's second goal against England in 1986. The parallels ended pretty soon after, though: the defending was absolutely horrendous - more missed tackles than a hungover J6 team gifted Moura a clear run through to the edge of the box, before his deft chip was brilliantly cleared off the line by Rod Fanni. Oh, grow up, would ya.
Unfortunately for Fanni, his goal-line heroics were in vain as the Parisians won 2-0 thanks to goals from Maxwell and Edinson Cavani. The victory takes them eight points clear at the top of Ligue 1 after Monaco lost to Saint-Étienne on Saturday.
