Bolton entering administration earlier month has other sides circling for the club's best players.
One of their most promising is 18-year-old Luca Connell.
An Ireland underage international, Connell made his Bolton senior debut in an FA Cup game against Walsall in January. He went on to make 12 appearances in all as Bolton were relegated from the Championship.
The Daily Mail reports that Rangers, along with Southampton, Norwich and Preston are all interested in the midfielder.
Connell was part of the Ireland U17 team which reached the quarter-final of the European Championships last summer.
This year, he has been a member of Tom Mohan's Ireland U19 team which has qualified for the European Championship finals in July.
Born in Liverpool, Connell has been with Bolton since age nine.
