Louis van Gaal was a happier individual than we had seen of late in the aftermath of Man Utd's 0-0 draw with Chelsea on Monday.
United were clearly the better side and probably deserved victory - one which would have been their first in eight games. Still, the result arrested a run of four consecutive losses.
Speaking to BT Sport after the game Van Gaal said that he would not be resigning from his post and that he would seek to fulfill his contract.
