Less than two weeks ago, Brendan Rodgers was sacked from his job as Liverpool manager following three seasons at Anfield.
Despite reports already linking him with a multitude of jobs, the Northern Irishman was expected to take a break from the game before jumping back into the managerial merry-go-round. And while that's still seems to be the case, he is set to ease himself back into things with reports surfacing that he is set to join Qatari owned beIN Sports as a television pundit.
To make things even better, the man behind recruiting Rogers is none other than former Sky Sports hell raiser in chief Richard Keys, who has been the channel's lead anchor since his high profile split from Sky in 2011.
Keys' long term partner in crime Andy Gray will also be in line to work alongside Rodgers.

To be fair to him, it's not a bad gig if you can get it and it would certainly give him some breathing space amid links to every job in England that seems to be up for grabs. He's already said to be on the shortlist for the Aston Villa and England national team jobs, should they become available. But for the time being, a little bit of TV work is not a bad compromise.
