You'd imagine that Lloris Karius' confidence would still be pretty low following his abysmal performance in the Champions League final last May.
The German stopper was at fault for two of the goals Liverpool conceded on the night, and despite scans later proving that he had suffered concussion during the game, there is still a cloud over his future at Liverpool.
However the 25-year-old seems unperturbed by the events of May 26th, posting a slickly edited Instagram video of his holidays:
How exactly Karius thought this was a good thing to do is beyond me, especially with so much ill will against the player at the moment.
Needless to say, his promo vid did not go down well with Liverpool fans:
Come to the conclusion that unfortunately Loris Karius will not make it at Liverpool and will never be good enough. I was one of the many few rooting for him and confident he could bounce back but with that video he uploaded to Instagram, convinced he’s not got the mentality

He's posted a video to Instagram of him training in the Hollywood hills. Looks very flash, not a good look given what happened in the final if you ask me.

@LorisKarius why are you dicking around making stupid preety boy videos on Instagram, you need to respond to you're mistakes. Win something with Liverpool first and then make these video's

There have been reports of late that Liverpool have been priced out of moves for Roma's Alisson Becker as well as Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak, and that Jurgen Klopp is set to stick with Karius as his number one. Yet this piece of ill-timed PR will do nothing to endear the error prone stopper to the Liverpool faithful.
