Despite the club's success in recent years, poor auld Dejan Lovren hasn't always been a fan favourite at Liverpool in recent years and it looks like he have a route out of the club, if reports in the Liverpool Echo are to be believed.

The local website claims that Russian Premier League champions Zenit St Petersburg are interested in signing the defender, although they have yet to make an offer. Lovren has found himself behind Joel Matip and Joe Gomez in the pecking order at Anfield this season and had already been linked with a move to Arsenal earlier in the summer as they look to build the most entertaining defence in the league.

With transfer rumour silly season starting to come into full swing, here are a few more transfer rumours that caught our eye.

Mr Phil Jones has attracted interest from numerous clubs in Serie A, according to The Athletic, and should he go there it will mean that over 75% of players in the Italian top flight will have played for Manchester United at one point or another.

Speaking of Serie A, Gazzetta dello Sport are claiming that Antonia Conte wants  N'Golo Kante to be part of his revolution at Inter Milan. While Chelsea may seem mad to get rid of him, injuries have mean that Kante has only started 20 games in the Premier League this season and the club may view it as the ideal time to cash in.

One player who will definitely be leaving Chelsea this summer is Willian. The 31-year-old has reportedly turned down a moved to Inter Miami in the MLS and, according to The Telegraph, hopes to remain in England instead and play in the Champions League next season.

Spurs may be waving goodbye to Tanguy Ndombele despite the fact he has only been at the club since last summer. Le10 Sport say that Bayern Munich are on the lookout for a potential replacement for Thiago Alcântara, should he leave. Ndombele and Chelsea's Tiemoue Bakayoko are the two linked as possible candidates, indicating that the Bayern transfer team are fans of FIFA Ultimate Team bargain options.

Although it certainly didn't impact their performances on the pitch since the restart, there was a little bit of turbulence at Southampton during the lockdown after Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg said in an interview that he was hoping to play for a club in the Champions League. He was stripped of the club captaincy for his comments but his Champions League dream may become a reality, with Duncan Castles reporting that Man City are interested in signing him.

Back in London, Arsenal will no doubt be linked to everyone and anyone this summer but their apparent determination to make Dani Ceballos' loan move from Real Madrid permanent seems like a no-brainer. Numerous places are also reporting that Mikel Arteta wants Atletico Madrid's Thomas Partey to partner him in midfield next season.
