Mohamed Salah will complete his transfer from AS Roma to Liverpool in the coming days, as journalists in both Italy and Egypt have confirmed that the former Chelsea man is travelling to England after a fee was agreed between the two clubs on Monday.
After reporters had even made public the flight details for transfer muppets to track online (welcome to the digital age of football), more details about the deal came to light.
The fee is believed to be £35m including add-ons, and seemingly Salah will opt for the #9 shirt.

Salah will bring even more pace to Liverpool's attack and judging by his stellar form in Serie A with Roma he should slot right in to Jurgen Klopp's pressure based side. While the club have needs at other areas, the noticeable dip in form that came with Sadio Mane's unavailability at times last season suggests that they needed another player of his ilk.
Although.. He'll still playing in the African Cup of Nations with Egypt with that comes around again.
Along with Mane, Coutinho, and Firmino, Salah will form one of the fastest groups of attacking players in the Premier League if he hits the ground running.
Salah has Premier League experience with Chelsea where he did relatively well but was ultimately dissatisfied with his playing time. The move to Roma saw him realise his potential, scoring 19 goals in all competitions last season. If he can replicate that sort of form at Liverpool it will look like a great bit of business.
