If there's one thing for sure, Liverpool are looking to make a statement of intent this summer. It's not even July yet and already there's five players in the door at Anfield. The first four may not have troubled any spending records but this one certainly is.
Roberto Firmino has, subject to a medical, become Liverpool's second most expensive signing after Liverpool confirmed the arrival of the Brazil attacker in a deal that could reach £29 million.
