As Liverpool began their pre-season tour of Thailand yesterday with a 4-0, their fans got a first glimpse at some of the new boys in action.
Divock Origi bagged himself a goal on his first appearance in a red shirt, and he was wearing 27 on his back while he did it, which prompted many fans to ask if the pre-season numbers were permanent. Today Liverpool fan account This Is Anfield has confirmed the new signings squad numbers for the upcoming season.
Good news for any fans who wanted to get Milner of Firmino on the back of their shirt, as they have been given a number in the first XI. We can't see too many Bogdan 34 goalkeeper shirts flying off the shelves at the official club store.
