Depending on your mood Brendan Rodgers can be fascinating to listen to or slightly annoying. I for one thoroughly enjoy when he details his thoughts on his Liverpool side; especially the 2012 clip of him discussing what they need to do to get into the Champions League.

This latest video, comes in the wake of Liverpool's most successful season in years and Rodgers explains that he thought the turning point was his team's win away to Spurs, which gave them the impetuous to kick on and aim for bigger and better things.
