With manager Jurgen Klopp set to step aside at the end of the season, his replacement at Liverpool will have some big decisions to make on the future makeup of the squad.
Klopp announced his departure in January and, ever since, there has been a clamour of interest in who will succeed the longest-serving active Premier League manager.
It now appears as though Feyenoord coach Arne Slot will be the man to take over, with widespread reports that an agreement has been signed between the Dutchman and Liverpool.
Several of Liverpool's biggest stars have contracts up for renewal next summer (Virgil van Dijk, Mo Salah, and Trent Alexander-Arnold no less), while there will be decisions to be made on who the new manager will want to bring in to bolster the current squad.
Multiple reports over the past week suggest that the Reds are in pursuit of Eintracht Frankfurt's near-ever-present defender Willian Pacho to add to their current defensive options.

Liverpool reportedly "serious" about pursuit of Eintracht Frankfurt star
Reports in both the UK and Germany suggest that Pacho is a prime target for Liverpool, with a changing of the guard expected to take place over the coming seasons.
The Daily Mirror in the UK report that Liverpool have already made contact with the agency which manages the 22-year-old centre-back, while BILD in Germany have suggested that the club are ramping up their efforts to snatch the defender from Frankfurt's grasp.
Pacho joined the German side from Antwerp last summer and has missed just one Bundesliga game all season. He has played the full 90 in the remaining 31 games.
Frankfurt have continued their climb up the Bundesliga table from recent years and will be guaranteed Europa League football next season if they take three points from their final two games.
Willian Pacho is also an Ecuadorian international and travelled to Qatar as part of the squad for the 2022 World Cup - though he did not ultimately play his first minutes for his country until the following year.
The reports in the Mirror also suggest that Jarrel Quansah is set to be handed a new contract by Liverpool. The dual reports around Quansah and Pacho suggest that not only might Liverpool be preparing early for the post-van Dijk era, but that they are also building a squad capable of playing Arne Slot's preferred three-at-the-back system.
