A Liverpool Cult Hero Has Signed For Leyton Orient

Former Liverpool and Napoli full-back Andrea Dossena has today signed for League One outfit Leyton Orient.

The Italian defender signed on a free transfer having been released by Sunderland at the end of last season.
Dossena has been capped for the Italian national side, and will always hold a special place in the hearts of Liverpool fans having scored an exquisite chip at Old Trafford during a fondly remembered 4-0 win, as well as the 4th goal in a 4-0 win over Real Madrid in the Champions League.

The news will no doubt delight Leyton Orient fans, as it can't be a bad thing to have Champions League experience in League One.
