Well, we would like to congratulate Liverpool on having the efficiency to sew up the league title before the Community Shield kicked off, following a 4-0 walloping of Barcelona at Wembley.
The victory is offset by the fact that Liverpool are much further ahead in their pre-season preparations that Barca: the Premier League kicks off next weekend, while La Liga doesn't begin until August 20th. Liverpool fans will be told not to get carried away with the result, although we would argue the point of being a supporter is to get totally carried away by these kinds of things.
Barca picked a strong squad, starting with Messi, Mascherano, Arda Turan, Busquets and one Luis Suarez, who greeted some former teammates and was given a rousing reception by his former fans:

The first goal was reminiscent of Klopp's Dortmund at their most intense:

That half-time lead was then trebled within a couple of minutes into the second half: first a Javier Mascherano own-goal, and then Kevin Stewart robbed Sergi Busquets to set up Divock Origi:
The fourth came in stoppage time from Marko Grujic, and it was incredibly satisfying:
In reality, Barcelona were very rusty: it is extremely strange to see Busquets be robbed in midfield in such fashion.
But it's highly encouraging for Liverpool ahead of kick-off against Arsenal next weekend.
