Liverpool look set to confirm their third signing of the summer in Hull City and Scotland full-back Andrew Robertson, after Sky Sports revealed that the clubs are in talks.
While not the most eye-catching name in world football, Robertson is a good player with bags of potential, has Premier League experience, and would presumably serve as a backup to James Milner initially which makes the reported fee of between £8m-£10m look like a very good bit of business in the current transfer climate.

It's bad news for Alberto Moreno, but that is unlikely to worry the majority of Liverpool fans as the Spaniard's inconsistency is something that has made the need for a left-back signing a point of great concern.
While James Milner did an impressive job at the position last season, it's widely accepted that he should not be the long term solution and the signing of Robertson would offer a competition for the place in Klopp's team. In that respect, it's a very low-risk signing. Milner can keep his spot unless Robertson impresses, and if he doesn't, the need can be addressed when there are better options in the transfer market.
Hull City fans are understandably upset by these developments, as Robertson is one of their key players and most would rather he see out the final year of his contract as there is no way they will be able to find a suitable replacement for less than £10m.
It would represent a good bit of business for Liverpool, and we await official confirmation if the player and club can agree to terms.
