Ok, so this is sad - just warning you.
Put Neymar's injury to one side, because the most heart-wrenching story of this World Cup has been found.
Who among us hasn't as some point collected Panini stickers. It's an arduous task, full of highs and lows, but worth it in the end when you finally get that elusive Joel Campbell sticker. Endless amounts of time and money is spent filling up that little book of our favourite footballers, but in the end you're left with a trophy which to some (me) is as satisfying as winning the actual tournament.
But for this kid in Dublin, disaster has struck, as he's lost his stickerbook.

His father has taken to Twitter as well in the hope of finding the missing book.
Help! My distraught son lost his WC 2014 Panini sticker album in Belgrave Sq, Rathmines today 3rd Jul #lost #dublin pic.twitter.com/yPI01unLBt — Niall Fitzmaurice (@niallfitz) July 3, 2014
There have even been people offering to send him their spares, and even their full books.
Now don't despair, there's a chance the book may be found, especially if anyone out there has any information regarding the whereabouts of the book, which is why we are issuing this plea. If there's someone out there who can help this search, please get in contact with us, or either of the above Twitter accounts.
UPDATE:
This story did eventually have a happy ending. The boy's family pooled together their resources to replace the sticker book and stickers that were tragically lost. Thank God for Grannies and Uncles!
@breakingnewsie @JOEdotie @dailyedge @thescore_ie @ballsdotie @tomhappens Happy ending. Granny: New Book. Uncle: Stickers. Thanks All!!
